I wanted to try pole dancing to build up my core strength, but after a few months of taking classes at iPole the benefits of joining have been so much more. Already I’ve seen significant changes in my body, my strength and my flexibility, but pole dancing has also given me an unexpected confidence and understanding of my body. It’s made me more aware of my movements and my posture and taught me how to be more graceful. And best of all, it doesn’t feel like hard work! The classes are so much fun and all the ladies are wonderful. I’m so glad I decided to try it out and I won’t be giving it up anytime soon!
