Fitness Instructor

Chanda discovered Pole fitness in 2012 and fell in love with the sport. She is a qualified Pole Fitness instructor and has been instructing since 2014. Apart from instructing, Chanda has a passion for doubles pole work. Where she has competed in the Regional division of IPSF (International Pole Sports Federation) in 2014 and placed first in her division. Her love for the human body had inspired her to study Bsc Sport Science and Biokinetics. Her teaching style can be described as exuberant, motivating, methodical and a touch of sass. Her classes specifically focus on pole technique and flexibility.
