POWER PILATES

What is it?

Pilates is a wonderful form of fitness that pays particular focus to core strength and controlled body movement. It is a great way to strengthen the body, improve mobility, improve posture and fine tune stabiliser muscles to prevent injuries. In this class you will develop a better understanding of body awareness and breathing patterns all while using minimal equipment such as a mat, theraband, small Pilates ball or yoga block.
